This decision has been made after careful consideration due to the underlying technologies and plugins used in the product, which have now become outdated. Despite exploring various options, upgrading the system to current standards is not technically or commercially feasible.
We remain fully committed to supporting our existing customers and will continue to offer maintenance and technical support at no additional cost until September 30, 2025. During this transition period, we encourage all users to explore alternative solutions that best meet their evolving needs.
To assist with the migration process, we will provide a complete backup of your form data in Excel format, which can be used to easily transition to a new system.
